The foundation are constructed by concrete and elevated by (0.60m.) from the ground. The frame of the house is a metallic structure. Exteriorly there are plywood, plastic membrane, wire mesh and a coating of plaster. Each corner is finished with decorative mouldings. Interiorly there is insulation R-19, and dry wood 10mm in width. The roof is covered by a plastic membrane, lumber and Roman roof tiles. All the internal dividers are of drywall. In the bathrooms and in the kitchen, green drywall (waterproof) has been used.
